Lifecycle announces 2026 CPD Training Programme for Accountants

Spring Accounting Update 2026 with Val Steward – Sessions 1 & 2

Session 1 – Accounting and General Update

This session will deal with key issues in respect of accounting and practice regulation. The main topics covered will include:
- Dealing with the transition to the updated FRS 102 and 105 standards
- Topical accounting issues
- Considering the impact of the company size changes and the changes in filing requirements and the steps we can take

Session 2 – Topical Issues for Accountants

This session will cover some topical issues that impact many firms. The contents will include:

- Preparing a business for sale
- Issues around winding down a practice
- Managing risk in your practice: Compliance risks & other risks ((including PII risks)
