Group News
Following the successful sale of Johnsons 1871, which secured the future of 150 jobs, a further 158 roles have been protected through the sale of two additional group companies.
Steve Muncaster and Andrew Poxon from Leonard Curtis worked alongside the Johnsons Group over a five-month period to secure independent sales of three businesses: Johnsons 1871 Limited, JFM1871 Limited and Three Sixty Design Solutions Limited.
The transactions have safeguarded a total of 308 jobs across the group.
Johnsons 1871 Limited and JFM1871 Limited are headquartered in Knutsford, while Three Sixty Design Solutions Limited operates from Chichester. All three businesses provide services to customers nationwide.
Administrator Steve Muncaster commented: “We are pleased to have achieved successful outcomes for each of the three group companies following an intensive five-month process. We worked closely with all parties to secure the best possible result, protecting more than 300 jobs and preserving the legacy of Johnsons 1871, whose trading roots date back to 1871. Securing continuity for such a well-established business alongside a further two group companies makes this a very satisfactory outcome.”
