Mike Dillon and Hilary Pascoe of Leonard Curtis were appointed joint administrators of Manchester-based Wakelet Limited on 10 April 2025.
A sale of the business and assets of Wakelet Limited was completed to Reviven Limited, a connected company, on the same date, which has enabled continuity of the business and the successful transfer of 23 employees.
Lead Administrator Mike Dillon commented: "Following a formal administration process, the business and assets of Wakelet Limited have been successfully acquired by Reviven Limited. The transaction ensures continuity for the Wakelet brand under new ownership.
Reviven Limited, director, Jamil Khalil, commented: ““This has been one of the most difficult and emotional periods of my life. Wakelet has always meant more than just a company - it’s been a mission, a team, and a community I deeply care about. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who believed in us and supported the journey. While things haven’t been easy, this new chapter gives us a chance to keep going, to keep building, and to stay true to the heart of what Wakelet was always meant to be.”
