Siann Huntley and Mike Fortune of Leonard Curtis were appointed Joint Administrators of M.J. Harris Repairs Ltd on 4 July 2025.
The family-run plumbing, heating, electrical and drainage company operated across South Wales, the Midlands and the West of England.
The company experienced a downturn in trading performance over a number of months, which resulted in significant HMRC arrears. Despite implementing a Time to Pay agreement in late 2024, its trading difficulties unfortunately continued into 2025. In light of cashflow difficulties and recent revenue forecasts, the director has taken proactive steps to cease trading. The appointment of administrators will enable the implementation of a marketing process and the company’s 21 staff can make claims to the Redundancy Payments Service.
Any parties interested in the company and its trading assets should contact the Cardiff office of Leonard Curtis on 02921 921660.
