The jobs of all 13 staff at Wakefield heating specialist Boiler Central have been secured after the company was saved from insolvency.
Stephen Beverley and Richard Pinder from Leonard Curtis, were appointed Joint Administrators of the company on December 24th 2025, after a creditor filed a winding up petition.
Boiler Central Limited, based at Thornes Lane, Wakefield, is a web-based company, which sells and installs boilers in residential properties.
As part of a pre-pack administration deal, a buyer was found for the company, and 13 jobs have now been secured.
Stephen Beverley commented: “The company had encountered cash flow issues which made it difficult for the business to continue trading.
“We are delighted that we have been able to successfully secure the future of the company and its workforce.”
