Successful sale of leading functional drinks brand
Joint Administrators Andrew Knowles and Andrew Poxon of Leonard Curtis were appointed on 30th June 2025 to WOW Hydrate Limited and have now confirmed a sale of the business and assets as a going concern to Replenish+ Limited, a connected party.
The sale secures the future of the WOW Hydrate brand and paves the way for renewed growth and innovation in the health and wellness sector.
WOW Hydrate has built up a loyal following with its innovative, sugar-free functional drinks that combine electrolytes and vitamins plus a collagen protein water delivering on everyday nutritional needs.
The key challenge for the Joint Administrators at Leonard Curtis was to facilitate the sale while still protecting the brand.
Lead administrator Andrew Knowles commented: “Following a formal administration process the business and assets of WOW Hydrate Limited have been successfully acquired by Replenish+ Ltd which will ensure continuity for the brand.”
The company relaunch is scheduled for September with updated packaging, enhanced product formulations and a refreshed marketing campaign.
