Leonard Curtis Associate Director to Co-Chair INSOL International Seminar
INSOL International returns to Guernsey for the Channel Islands Seminar, September 17th, and we are proud to share that the day will be Co-Chaired by Leonard Curtis, Assoc Director, Sophie Smith.
Sophie, based in our Guernsey office, is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. With 10 years’ experience in financial restructuring and forensic accounting, Sophie regularly takes appointments as a liquidator over both regulated and unregulated companies and funds incorporated in Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man and British Virgin Islands, overseeing the restructuring and wind down of structures. Sophie has also been recognised as an Asset Recovery Expert in Lexology’s 2025 Index.
The days programme will examine key developments, current challenges and emerging trends impacting the insolvency and restructuring landscape, through expert-led sessions and practical case studies.
Working across the offshore network and wider, Leonard Curtis understand the power of connection and look forward to a day of valuable perspectives, sharing best practice and seeing Sophie in action.
