The Funding team at Leonard Curtis has been shortlisted for Commercial Mortgage Introducer of the Year at the Business Moneyfacts Awards 2026.
The Business Moneyfacts Awards is a prestigious annual event, celebrating excellence across commercial finance products and services and recognising outstanding performance from lenders, professionals and brokers throughout the industry.
The Funding team was shortlisted for several awards during 2025, including six categories at the NACFB Awards in September, where they walked away with Invoice Finance Broker of the Year. They were also Highly Commended for Cashflow Finance Broker of the Year and Commercial Mortgage Broker of the Year.
Over the past 12 months, Leonard Curtis has supported a diverse range of businesses in securing commercial mortgage funding, from veterinary practices and family-owned enterprises to independent restaurants and manufacturing firms. The latest shortlisting reflects the team’s expertise, market knowledge and commitment to delivering tailored funding solutions that support sustainable business growth.
Becky Owen, Head of Funding at Leonard Curtis, said: “It’s fantastic to be shortlisted; we know that ultimately our impact is measured not only in financial terms but in the difference we make to businesses and the people who rely on them. Being shortlisted is testament both to the commitment and experience of our team and the strength of our relationships with both clients and lenders.”
The award ceremony will take place at Evolution London on 16 April. View the full shortlist at: https://www.moneyfactsgroup.co.uk/awards-and-events/business-moneyfacts/shortlist/
