Mike Dillon and Andrew Knowles of Leonard Curtis were appointed administrators of Benbow Steels Limited (“The Company”) on 4th February 2025.
Benbow Steels Limited is a specialist supplier of colour-coated steel products based in West Bromwich.
After a short period of marketing, which generated 18 expressions of interest, the administrators, in collaboration with the shareholders, successfully sold the business and its assets as a going concern to an unconnected party, Nautilus Designs Limited.
In so doing all 16 jobs were preserved and employees transferred to the purchaser under TUPE regulations.
Nautilus Designs Limited is a proud, innovative, family-run business which includes a group of companies specialising in office furniture, hardware, shelving solutions and displays with established relationships with global brands.
Dr Tinkle Jain (Nautilus Designs Limited CEO) said, “We are excited to bring Benbow Steels Limited into our group and expand our product and service offerings.”
