Industrial repair group completes sale of European business and assets
Leonard Curtis Legal has successfully advised K&S European Services Limited and its European subsidiaries on the disposal of their business and assets across the UK, Belgium, the Czech Republic and Poland to Radwell International.
A team led by Jennifer Moore with assistance from Sherrelle Scott, Alicia Renshaw, Kulzinder Garcha, Jenny Fell and Eaj Panambo successfully delivered the multi-jurisdictional transaction within a very tight two-week timeframe.
Founded in 1999, K&S European Services has specialised in industrial repair for more than two decades - providing a full range of repair capabilities with over 866 different manufacturers and over 122,000 unique part numbers supported.
The business is a great fit for Radwell International enabling it to grow its footprint in Europe offering repair capabilities for industrial electronic and electrical equipment across the four locations.
