Jobs safeguarded in assets sale at Holbeck Limited in Liverpool
Mark Colman and Lisa Ion from Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group were appointed Joint Liquidators to Holbeck Limited on 8th September.
Holbeck Limited is a restaurant based in Paradise Street in Liverpool City Centre that specialises in Churrasco cuisine. The premises provides a bar and approximately 85 covers.
Today (14th September) the Liquidators confirmed that they had successfully negotiated a sale of the assets with the Director. This has allowed the Director to offer continued employment to staff, safeguarding 18 jobs.
Lisa Ion commented: The sale of the assets has resulted in a positive outcome for all employees who have been transferred to a new business.
