A number of jobs have been saved following the acquisition of certain business and assets of a Staffordshire company out of administration.
Mike Dillon and Rochelle Schofield of Leonard Curtis were appointed administrators of SD Electrical and Mechanical Services Ltd on 21 April.
Established in 2001, the company provides services for commercial, domestic and industrial installations.
According to the administrators, the business "had suffered due to global rising costs and the shortage of labour available in the industry".
Following the appointment, a sale of sale of certain business and assets was completed to Park Lane Electrical Services Ltd, which has resulted in the preservation of 31 jobs.
