Leonard Curtis Legal advises Tozer Gallagher LLP on sale to Gateley Vinden Limited
Jennifer Moore and Sherrelle Scott have advised Tozer Gallagher LLP, a leading practice of quantity surveyors, on the sale of its business and assets to Gateley Vinden Limited.
With offices in Manchester and London, Tozer Gallagher LLP specialises in fund monitoring, built environment consultancy and surety advisory work.
The Leonard Curtis Legal Corporate team utilised their expertise in the professional services sector to bring the deal to a successful conclusion working alongside Steve Mason of SJM Accountancy, who provided tax and accountancy advice to Tozer Gallagher LLP.
