Leonard Curtis Legal has announced a senior promotion within its Corporate and Commercial team, with Sherrelle Scott now Director.
The promotion was one of 35 made across Leonard Curtis as the professional services group recognised high performers across the last twelve months. Leonard Curtis Legal’s Rachael McCusker was also promoted to Senior Solicitor.
Sherrelle joined Leonard Curtis Legal (LCL) in 2020 following roles with TLT LLP, HRC Law and DLA Piper. An experienced corporate lawyer specialising in acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, EOTs and private equity transactions, she is has played a key role in the firm’s growth.
Leonard Curtis Legal reported its strongest-ever financial performance during the last 12 months, driven by strategic client wins, the successful delivery of higher value and higher-profile transactions and a targeted focus on sector specialisms such as healthcare and education.
