Professional services group Leonard Curtis has appointed Liz Welch to strengthen its restructuring and turnaround team in Birmingham.
Liz joins the leading UK firm, as a director, qualified accountant and insolvency practitioner with a 20+ year career in corporate recovery.
This includes 14 years at what was formerly Duff & Phelps, becoming a director as the business transitioned over to Kroll in April 2021.
She has extensive experience of trading companies in administration across various sectors, including retail, hospitality, manufacturing and automotive.
Liz has proven expertise in handling accelerated mergers and acquisitions (AMAs) and sale of business processes, completing transactions on a pre-pack administrations, as well as assisting with complex orderly wind downs.
Leonard Curtis employs 13 people across the region with offices in Wolverhampton and Worcester as well as Birmingham.
Director and Head of Midlands, Conrad Beighton, said he was delighted to welcome Liz.
